The role involves leading engineering teams, shaping digital transformation outcomes, mentoring engineers, and working hands-on with modern software practices and technologies including cloud platforms, CI/CD, IaC, testing, and secure engineering. The position is hybrid, based in the UK with regular office/client-site presence, and may require UK security clearance and UK residency eligibility.
