Description
The role manages a software development team through the full software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, design, implementation, test automation, maintenance, releases, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication. It provides technical leadership across the technology stack, collaborates with product teams and Tyler staff, and is responsible for meeting departmental goals and timelines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, at least five years of software development experience, strong database and software development knowledge, and experience guiding less experienced staff.
