monday.com is hiring a hands-on Tech Lead to build AI-native project management solutions with a small team. The role owns features from design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring; leads architectural decisions; works across the frontend and backend; partners with product and design; and drives engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and AI-powered product development practices. Candidates need at least seven years of full-stack software engineering experience, experience leading complex cross-team projects, experience integrating LLMs or other AI technologies, and familiarity with performance optimization and scalability.
