Description
Apple is hiring an Energy Services Platform Engineer to architect, build, and operate scalable, resilient, secure, and privacy-focused services and APIs for its Energy Services platform. The role involves strategic technical direction, cross-functional and partner collaboration, fault isolation, graceful degradation, code and design review, and mentorship. It requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a tech lead or architect, extensive JVM distributed-systems experience, and a BS degree or equivalent work experience; DevOps, workflow orchestration, databases, security, and Java/Kotlin experience are preferred.
