Artech is hiring a Software Engineer — Performance & Load Testing for a six-month, New York-based engagement. The role focuses on building traffic replay solutions, converting production data into realistic test scenarios, and validating large-scale event-driven platforms. Candidates need seven years of software engineering experience, strong performance-engineering expertise, advanced programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, and hands-on experience with load-testing frameworks such as k6, Locust, or Gatling. The position requires applicants to work directly for Artech on W2 and offers $44–$48 per hour on W2/C2C, all inclusive.
