Cronos Europa is hiring a Software Factory Architect for an EU Agency in Warsaw to advise on software engineering and architecture, shape development platforms and standards, support DevSecOps and cloud-native practices, review architecture decisions, and mentor senior engineers. The role requires a master's degree or equivalent, at least 8 years of relevant IT experience, 5 years in a similar architect role, strong cloud and distributed-systems architecture experience, modern backend or frontend development experience, DevSecOps and Azure expertise, ArchiMate modelling experience, and an EU RESTRICTED security clearance or willingness to undergo screening.
