Quantum Systems is hiring a Software Factory Engineer to accelerate developer velocity and improve engineering quality across its organization. The role focuses on designing and operating large-scale build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer enablement tools; guiding teams toward modern engineering practices; improving developer experience; and supporting the transition to a managed, image-based Base OS. The position requires strong software engineering, build-system, CI/CD, Linux, and process-automation expertise, with Bazel, image-based provisioning, and cloud infrastructure experience preferred. It offers flexible working hours and the option to work remotely one flexible day per week.
