Thinkwise is hiring a Software Factory Engineer to improve the low-code development environment and Intelligent Application Manager used by developers to build, manage, and deploy applications. The role focuses on model-driven development, platform capabilities, abstractions, developer productivity, security, deployment, version control, and scalable application development. It requires at least five years of software engineering experience, strong SQL and systems-thinking skills, fluent Dutch and English, and the ability to use AI in development. The position offers a one-year contract with a prospect of permanent employment, hybrid work in Apeldoorn, and a gross monthly salary of €3,806 to €5,711.
