Description
Ford of Mexico is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build the software ecosystem for next-generation AI vision systems. The role connects high-performance machine learning models on edge hardware with a Google Cloud-based analytics backend, developing edge software, RESTful APIs and microservices, data pipelines, web dashboards, and containerized deployments. The engineer will work 4 days per week on site at Ford of Mexico in Naucalpan, Mexico, with travel to the United States, and will collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers. The position requires at least five years of production software engineering experience, edge and cloud experience, Python and another backend language, React or a similar frontend technology, and familiarity with DevOps, vision optimization, machine learning frameworks, and industrial protocols.
