Apple is hiring a Software Image Quality Manager to lead and grow a team of Image Quality Engineers focused on photo and video editing features. The role oversees the quality, evaluation, and validation of AI and machine learning models, establishes image and video quality metrics and benchmarks, identifies quality risks, and presents findings to product and leadership teams. The position requires extensive imaging and computational photography experience, including image quality testing, computer vision, color science, compression, video codecs, HDR, and GenAI repair tools, along with a bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical field.
