Description
Heidi is hiring a Software Implementation Engineer to own the technical delivery of complex NHS enterprise deployments. The role covers end-to-end account setup, SSO and identity configuration, network and device readiness, EHR integrations, agent and custom-build configuration, technical testing, go-live, hypercare, and escalation of configuration issues or product defects. The engineer works directly with customer IT and security teams, provides technical estimates and status, and translates customer needs into prioritised requirements for FDEs and the Technical Program Manager.
