BIS Safety Software is hiring a Software Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, guiding them from kickoff through successful adoption of the BIS Safety Software platform. The role involves configuring client environments, supporting data migration, delivering tailored training, coordinating implementation timelines, providing solution-focused support, and partnering with internal teams to improve the client experience. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in customer success, client onboarding, software implementation, training, or a similar client-facing role, along with SaaS and multi-client implementation experience.
