Description
The Software Implementation Consultant will lead enterprise software implementations for energy trading, workflow automation, and operational platforms across the UK and Europe. The role involves customer workshops, requirements analysis and documentation, software configuration, workflow and automation design, training, testing, go-live and hypercare support, and coordination with project and technical teams. It requires 3–5 years of enterprise software implementation experience, strong business analysis and stakeholder-management skills, and occasional travel across the UK and Europe.
