Description

Jack Henry is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join their team. This role involves supporting General Ledger and/or Deposits, collaborating with core implementation teams, and managing standalone implementations. The specialist will prepare customers for installations, oversee system setups, provide software support, and maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside within a 70-mile radius of specific office locations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 years experience in applications analysis, applications support or software implementation.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional expertise, ability to work independently on non-complex projects and with supervision on moderately complex ones, exercising judgment within established procedures.
Knowledge of financial/credit union industry, familiarity with JHA and competitor products, and understanding of application functions.
Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and general knowledge of information systems.
Understanding of business operations and procedures.
Ability to analyze and convert customer information/processes for JHA system setup, and overall business information analysis.
Capacity to train customers on JHA software.
Effective communicator capable of translating complex information into user-friendly explanations for various stakeholders.
