Tycho.AI is hiring a UAS Flight Test Engineer to own the integration path from software branches through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and flight testing. The role operates SIL/HIL systems, develops automated regression tests, plans and executes flight campaigns, analyzes failures and telemetry, and builds tools for log ingestion and test reporting. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or advanced degree, experience integrating and testing software on complex hardware, scripting and C/C++ skills, familiarity with Linux, Git, CI, and simulation or hardware-in-the-loop environments, plus willingness to travel to test sites.
