Innoflight is hiring a Software Integration & Test Engineering Manager to lead software integration and automated testing for aerospace products. The role manages an engineering team, directs integration and test programs, develops Python-based test automation, coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering and program-management teams, and oversees quality, documentation, risks, and stakeholder delivery. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least seven years of software integration or test engineering experience, team leadership experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The position offers a base salary of $140,000 to $180,000 per year, medical, dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance, and is onsite in San Diego.
