Inspired Flight is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager for its headquarters in San Luis Obispo, California. The role leads 4–8 software and test engineers, provides technical guidance on system architecture and code, champions software engineering and DevOps practices, manages the software development lifecycle, and coordinates integration and testing requirements with product and hardware teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 7 years of experience including 2 years of leadership experience, and familiarity with drone systems, Android, AWS, C++, Java, C#, web development, and UAV software stacks.
