Figure is hiring a Software Integration Engineer for its Systems Integration Team to bridge AI, controls, firmware, and hardware in autonomous humanoid robots. The role owns software features end-to-end, performs hands-on testing and issue triage, collaborates with platform, AI, controls, manufacturing, and test infrastructure teams, and improves firmware, diagnostics, self-tests, and system reliability. The position requires C++ and Python programming, robotics or mechatronic systems integration experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. It is a full-time role requiring five days per week in San Jose, California, with a base salary of $130,000 to $250,000 annually.
