The role focuses on integrating, configuring, deploying, testing, troubleshooting, and validating software in Windows Server and Active Directory environments, VMware virtual infrastructure, and Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms. Responsibilities include software release support, structured testing, defect and configuration management, customer demonstrations, and on-site or remote integration support. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, U.S. citizenship, eligibility for a Secret Security Clearance, and CompTIA Security+ certification are required.
