Description
The SW Integration Test Engineer is responsible for the technical integrity, code quality, and L3 validation and verification of automotive features. The role defines and executes manual and automated test strategies, develops and maintains test cases and automation frameworks, performs SIL/HIL and vehicle testing, debugs failures, validates software fixes, and manages test suites across vehicle programs. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of test-asset experience, proficiency in Python or C++, and experience with version control, CI/CD, test frameworks, electrical systems, and embedded vehicle networks. The role is based at GTBC Ford México in Naucalpan, Mexico, with four days on site.
