Ford is hiring a Software Integration Tester to lead the design, planning, execution, and automation of integration and requirements verification tests for infotainment software. The role involves testing in complex multi-ECU setups or vehicles, troubleshooting vehicle network issues, managing defects and test results, and mentoring colleagues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of advanced software or requirements verification experience, and 5 years of test-strategy experience. The position is salary grade 7-8, offers medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, and may require onsite work four or more days per week.
