Seneca is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to drive software architecture, development, and execution across autonomy, controls, perception, onboard intelligence, and cloud infrastructure for drone and sensor systems. The role involves writing production code, building scalable infrastructure, recruiting and managing a software team, collaborating with hardware and product teams, and supporting field deployment and simulation. Candidates should have substantial software engineering experience, ideally in robotics, autonomous systems, drones, or aerospace, along with expertise in embedded systems, sensor fusion, autonomy stacks, real-time systems, and cloud infrastructure.
