OPAL-RT Technologies is hiring a permanent Software Licensing Coordinator in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Reporting to the Director of AI & Shared Services, the role generates, validates, and delivers software licenses to customers worldwide, coordinates with sales, accounting, support, and customers, and improves license-delivery workflows. Candidates need a relevant DEC or college diploma or equivalent professional experience, 2–5 years of customer service, sales support, operations, or administrative coordination experience, French proficiency, English knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and process improvement is advantageous.
