Xebia is hiring a Software Program Manager to lead large, complex software programs for international clients from initiation through full delivery. The role owns program governance, multi-stream delivery, dependencies, risks, change management, stakeholder relationships, and program teams, while mentoring Delivery Managers. Candidates need experience leading large-scale IT or software programs, managing distributed multinational teams and external partners, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of program frameworks and software delivery lifecycles, and fluency in English. The position is based in Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania and requires a work permit.
