Description
Helsing is hiring a Programme Manager for its Land domain to serve as the primary customer and partner contact for a complex defence programme. The role owns stakeholder relationships, commercial engagement, programme roadmaps, KPI tracking, agile sprint coordination, risk management, and reporting to leadership. It requires end-to-end software delivery experience in B2B or B2G environments, hands-on Scrum Master experience, senior stakeholder management, programme steering and risk frameworks, and a PMP certification or equivalent. The role may involve regular travel, including extended work from Andover, United Kingdom, and requires national security clearance eligibility.
