Da Vinci Engineering is hiring a Software Project Lead in Langen to steer end-to-end automotive software development from requirements through validation and release. The role manages BMW engineering interfaces, sub-supplier work packages and KPIs, project planning, Jira/Confluence reporting, MISRA and ISO 26262 compliance, and cross-functional integration. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least five years of automotive software engineering experience, two years in a leadership or lead role, BMW development-process familiarity, and fluency in German and English.
