Description
The role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex software development projects while serving as the central contact for customers, management, and internal stakeholders. It involves building and leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, budgets, forecasts, releases, risks, quality, and project portfolios, coordinating external partners and subcontractors, and continuously improving project management processes using Agile, hybrid, or traditional methods. The position requires several years of software project-management experience, a computer science degree or comparable qualification, stakeholder-management and cross-functional leadership skills, budget and risk-management expertise, knowledge of project-management methodologies, and fluent German and English.
