Description
Connor Consulting is hiring a full-time Software Publisher Services Program Associate to manage a large portfolio of high-volume software license compliance engagements for a global enterprise software publisher. The role owns each engagement from initial outreach through closure, onboards licensees to a dedicated audit platform, resolves access and usability issues, verifies submitted data, escalates disputes, maintains account records, produces program reporting, and supports the onboarding and direction of additional program staff. The position is remote in the United States, requires at least two years of relevant experience, and offers a path to a Manager role as the program expands.
