Description
Ford is hiring an EE&S FC PVT Engineer at the Kansas City Assembly Plant to own vehicle controls software quality for the F-150 P702 vehicle line. The role focuses on interim and permanent corrective actions, warranty and customer issue resolution, software reflashing and plant over-the-air updates, diagnostics, claims analysis, SIMPSN quality projects, supplier technical assistance, plant trials, and support for stop ships, campaigns, and launch activities. A bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least two years of Microsoft Office experience are required; electrical or mechanical engineering, software testing, quality-engineering, and Lean Six Sigma experience are preferred. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $74,300 to $125,500, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
