Description
The Software QA Engineer supports quality assurance and testing for the VA EHRM program by executing test plans and scripts, documenting results, tracking defects, and supporting regression, performance, and security testing. The role collaborates with developers, analysts, and database teams, prepares compliance documentation, and maintains requirements traceability. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of software testing or QA experience, familiarity with automation and defect-tracking tools, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust / Moderate Risk clearance.
