Pioneering Evolution is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to support software quality across platform and application functionality. The role develops test strategies and plans, creates and executes manual and automated test cases, validates end-to-end workflows and integrations, tracks defects, supports regression and release readiness, and integrates automated tests into CI/CD. The position requires a Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, five years of software quality assurance experience, and proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG. It is based in the Washington, D.C. metro area with on-site support as needed and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
