Description
The Software QA Engineer reports to a QA Lead and is responsible for reviewing requirements, creating test plans and test cases, executing manual and automated tests, tracking and debugging defects, performing regression testing, monitoring quality metrics, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and project management teams. The role requires 0–2 years of software quality assurance experience, knowledge of SQL and scripting, strong English proficiency, and familiarity with office productivity tools; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and SFMC Email Specialist certification are desirable.
