Description
The Software QA Lead will oversee QA strategy, quality and testing metrics, complex test projects, and test execution across the software development lifecycle in a product area. The role coordinates QA and cross-functional teams, leads test plans and cases, guides QA practices, resolves complex defects, and improves QA processes and tools. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, prior software testing or test automation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.
