Ampcus Inc. is hiring a Software QA/Test Analyst for a remote position in Reston, Virginia. The role develops and executes software test plans, scenarios, test data, automated scripts, and programs; identifies defects and their root causes; tests system modifications; documents defects in a bug-tracking system; and supports software design reviews. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, plus three years of software development experience. Preferred qualifications include SDLC knowledge, software testing protocols, communication skills, problem-solving ability, wireless communications and network systems knowledge, programming skills, database familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to detail.
