Description
Ford is hiring a V&V Governance QOS Engineer to strengthen verification and validation governance, assessment readiness, process maturity, and quality analytics. The role aligns V&V execution with FAP03-149, Ford FAP/QOS procedures, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and ISO 8800; maps Agile artifacts to formal DV/PV and software test-plan expectations; governs traceability, evidence, dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, audit automation, and predictive risk analytics; and drives corrective and preventive actions across engineering and quality teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant V&V, quality, safety, or regulated-engineering experience, and is hybrid with onsite work four or more days per week. The salary range is $85,400-$150,000, and visa sponsorship is not available.
