State Street is hiring a Software QA Engineer, AVP to own end-to-end quality for complex wealth and investment-management workflows. The role covers requirement validation, functional, regression, integration, performance, and acceptance testing; defect triage and resolution; test-plan and automation coverage expansion; automated test-environment management; and cross-team coordination. Candidates need a master's degree in computer science or equivalent, at least five years of experience, financial-services or investment-management exposure, Agile/Scrum experience, test-automation, SQL, CI/CD, version-control, and communication skills. The stated salary range is $91,000 to $140,500 annually.
