Description
The Software Quality Engineer develops and applies quality principles for software and software-based systems, performs verification and validation of test equipment and hardware-in-the-loop systems, designs software development and maintenance processes, and conducts software inspections, reviews, traceability, and testability activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of quality systems and external standards, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Desired qualifications include STEM discipline, software development lifecycle knowledge, configuration management, Agile/Scrum, quality assurance tools, and government customer experience. The full-time salary range is $79,300 to $147,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
