Turnitin is hiring a Software Quality Engineer I to design, write, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for company applications. The role collaborates with software developers, product managers, and quality engineers in an Agile Scrum environment to support releases, manage defects, mitigate quality risks, and improve continuous testing pipelines. It requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, plus 4+ years of software quality engineering experience and hands-on UI web and API automation using Java, Python, Jenkins, Docker, Maven, and GitHub.
