Description
The Software Quality Engineer develops and applies software quality principles, designs and implements software development and maintenance processes, defines audit strategies, and conducts software inspections, verification, validation, and traceability reviews. The role also evaluates software quality systems, ensures reliability standards are met, and supports AI prompting and other quality tools. It requires U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access eligibility, a STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education, and familiarity with software and systems engineering. The position offers a full-time salary range of $95,900 to $178,100 and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
