Lockheed Martin is hiring a Software Quality Engineer Staff in Dallas to develop and maintain software quality processes aligned with AS9100, CMMI, and customer requirements; verify and validate test equipment and hardware-in-the-loop systems; conduct audits, inspections, reviews, and traceability checks; and ensure software quality systems meet reliability and contractual standards. The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree or higher, experience with requirements analysis, design reviews, product integration, verification and validation, test equipment, and LabVIEW/TestStand, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
