Description
Sphera is hiring a QA Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple product lines and concurrent projects. The role owns QA strategy, test planning, automation, release quality, defect triage, and quality metrics while managing and mentoring QA engineers. It also leads the transition from manual to automated testing, supports AI-assisted quality practices, and collaborates with engineering, product, and QA leadership. The position requires at least five years of software QA experience, including two years in QA leadership or team management, and is remote.
