Description
The Release Manager will own the planning, governance, coordination, execution, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement of Canrig's software releases across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role aligns engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, operations, product management, and customer-facing teams; oversees deployment readiness and production validation; manages release dependencies and change-management records; and partners with engineering and DevOps to improve CI/CD and deployment reliability. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in release management, DevOps, technical program management, software delivery, or a related technology function, along with experience across multiple teams, applications, and deployment environments, plus hands-on Git and CI/CD experience.
