Molex is hiring a Software Requirements Engineer in Bangalore to translate stakeholder and system requirements into structured, traceable software requirements for automotive and embedded software products. The role manages requirements throughout the product lifecycle, collaborates with software, hardware, systems, validation, and project teams, supports requirements reviews and compliance with automotive and software development standards, identifies risks, and contributes to requirements planning and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline, at least three years of software requirements engineering experience, and familiarity with requirements management tools, ASPICE, and software quality practices.
