Intel is hiring an experienced Software Research Engineer/Scientist in Phoenix, Arizona, within its Foundry Automation group. The role develops software applications, algorithms, AI solutions, and proof-of-concept prototypes; formulates and scales linear, integer, mixed-integer, and constraint programming optimization models; performs code reviews; analyzes and visualizes data; and collaborates with cross-functional, academic, and industry-standardization teams. A relevant master's degree and at least two years of hands-on experience are required. The position is on-site and offers an annual US salary range of $149,600 to $211,200.
