Textron Systems is hiring a Systems Safety Engineer to work on complex weapon-systems development, including system safety and embedded software safety programs, hazard analysis across explosive, mechanical, electrical, and software systems, system safety architecture, and verification of hazard mitigations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related engineering discipline, plus five years of relevant industry experience, and is open at Level III and Level IV with stated pay ranges.
