Description
Mensch und Maschine (MuM) is seeking a Software Sales Representative to identify and acquire new customers, support existing ones, build long-term business relationships, analyze market needs, conduct contract negotiations, present and sell software solutions, attend trade fairs, and collaborate with the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in a software or IT environment, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, demonstrate initiative and a goal-oriented mindset, and have a good understanding of customer needs. While experience in the construction sector and familiarity with CAD/CDE or Autodesk Construction Cloud are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
