The role involves triaging and analyzing incoming software issues, identifying bug trends, escalating issues, integrating software with the broader operating system, maintaining repositories and documentation, monitoring screening communications, and running development reviews. The position requires strong software engineering and development lifecycle knowledge, advanced Git experience, programming or scripting experience, rapid-development comfort, communication skills, and basic macOS and iOS knowledge.
