HP Security Lab is hiring a Software Security Research Intern for a 6-month full-time internship in Bristol, United Kingdom. The intern will research and develop security technologies for endpoint devices and infrastructures, including supply chain security, cryptographic protocols, trusted hardware and firmware co-design, and edge-based AI applications. Responsibilities include understanding current research, identifying novel technological paths, designing solutions, and demonstrating feasibility through papers or prototypes. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant doctoral, master’s, or bachelor’s degree, have programming and application, operating-system, or firmware experience, and possess strong communication skills.
