Description
The Software Services Engineer will support utility and industrial customers through discovery, deployment, testing, and operationalization of Blueframe-based solutions. The role involves designing and configuring integrations, troubleshooting software, network, virtual, device, and data systems, creating documentation and reusable assets, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and contributing product and technical feedback. A bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least two years of hands-on technical experience are required; experience with SEL products, virtualization, scripting, APIs, automation, or utility operations is preferred. The position is based in Pullman, Washington, with availability for other SEL office locations, and offers annual compensation of $89,400 to $134,100 for the Software Engineer level.
