Description
Decoded is hiring a Software Solutions Consultant to design and deliver bespoke software engineering programmes for clients, including curriculum design, technical workshops, code repositories, and pilot programmes. The role requires hands-on proficiency in at least two languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python, along with knowledge of the SDLC, AI coding assistants, software architecture, testing, and developer environments. The consultant will work with client engineering leads and subject matter experts, support infrastructure and CI/CD tooling, troubleshoot learner environments, and advise on technical training needs. The role follows a 9 am to 5 pm Monday-to-Friday UK schedule, with occasional flexibility for client sessions, and includes private health care, pension contributions, holiday, and flexible working arrangements.
